BYD Cars Philippines has opened reservations for the all-new BYD Atto 2 and refreshed BYD Seal 5 ahead of their official Philippine launch on July 28, 2026.
Both models are now available for reservation through BYD dealerships nationwide. Official pricing and launch offers will be announced during the unveiling at the TriNoma Activity Center in Quezon City.
The two vehicles will expand BYD’s local new-energy vehicle lineup with additional choices across fully electric and plug-in hybrid powertrains.
BYD Atto 2 comes in EV and DM-i versions
First previewed at the 2026 Manila International Auto Show in April, the all-new BYD Atto 2 will be offered in three variants:
- Atto 2 EV Premium
- Atto 2 DM-i Premium
- Atto 2 DM-i Dynamic
The lineup gives buyers a choice between a fully electric drivetrain and BYD’s DM-i plug-in hybrid technology.
BYD is positioning the Atto 2 as a compact and practical electrified vehicle for motorists looking for greater flexibility in choosing a powertrain that suits their everyday driving needs.
The company has not yet released complete Philippine specifications, pricing, range, charging information, warranty coverage, or standard equipment for each variant.
Refreshed BYD Seal 5 gets two variants
The updated BYD Seal 5 DM-i will join the Atto 2 at the July 28 launch.
Building on the current model, the refreshed sedan receives revised styling and additional features. It will be available in Dynamic and Essential variants.
Powered by BYD’s DM-i technology, the Seal 5 is designed to combine electric driving with the longer-distance flexibility of a gasoline engine.
BYD is targeting first-time car owners, families, and fleet operators with the model, although detailed local specifications and pricing have not yet been announced.
Reservations available nationwide
Customers may reserve either model through their nearest BYD dealership.
They may also register their interest through the BYD Atto 2 and Seal 5 reservation page.
Official prices and launch offers will be revealed on July 28 at the TriNoma Activity Center in Quezon City.
More information about the company’s local vehicle lineup is available through the BYD Cars Philippines website.
Expanding BYD’s local electrified lineup
BYD Cars Philippines is a subsidiary of ACMobility, the official distributor and accredited importer of BYD passenger vehicles in the country.
The addition of the Atto 2 and refreshed Seal 5 will broaden BYD’s Philippine lineup with more choices across battery-electric and plug-in hybrid models.
ACMobility is also expanding its electric vehicle charging network, which the company says is available across more than 200 locations nationwide.
The company has not specified whether the Atto 2 launch will include charging packages, home-charger installation, introductory financing, or other ownership support.
